Abstract Submission will open December 1, 2025 and will close on February 2, 2026. Acceptance notifications will be sent out by February 16, 2026.

The submissions committee is now accepting abstracts for presentation as posters or podium presentations on March 25, 2026 at the San Joaquin General Hospital Annual Research Symposium. Please submit abstracts related to any field of healthcare or public health, or any other topic which you feel may be of interest to the committee.
