Submit your abstract on the link below

The submissions committee will begin accepting abstracts on December 1, 2024 for presentation as posters or podium presentations for the San Joaquin General Hospital Annual Research Symposium on March 25, 2026. Virtual posters and podium presentations will be judged and awards will be given for exceptional work in several categories.

Please submit your abstract by February 2, 2026. As this is a local research symposium, any previously presented work is welcome. Acceptance notifications will be sent out on by February 16, 2026. Please see the submission form for details about formatting, word limits, etc. All submissions will be evaluated for both poster and oral presentations.
